DCEP provides an online digital asset trading platform (crypto-to-crypto) for products commonly referred to as crypto tokens, digital tokens or cryptocurrencies (collectively, “digital currencies”). DCEP does not provide fiat currency trading functions as part of this service. DCEP only acts as a trading platform provider and not as a buyer or seller of both parties to the transaction. (4). You may not modify, reproduce, duplicate, copy, download, store, further transmit, disseminate, transfer, disassemble, broadcast, publish, remove or change any copyright statement or label without the prior written consent of DCEP, permission , sublicense, sell, mirror, frame, rent, lease, private label, grant a security interest in the Property or any part of the Property, create derivative works thereof or otherwise exploit any part thereof.

7. Order and Service Fees
a. Order

If your order matches, in whole or in part, an order from another user, the Service will execute an exchange (a "Transaction"). After the trade is executed, your account will be updated to reflect that the order was closed because it has been fully filled, or updated to reflect that the order has been partially filled. An order will remain outstanding until fully executed or canceled in accordance with paragraph (b) below. In order to complete a transaction, you authorize the DCEP to temporarily control the digital currency you dispose of in the transaction.
b. Cancel
You may cancel an order initiated through the Service only before your order is matched with another user's order. Once your order is matched with another user's order, you may not change, revoke or cancel DCEP's authorization to complete the order. If any order has been partially matched, you may cancel the unmatched portion of the order, but not if the unmatched portion has been matched. DCEP reserves the right to refuse any order-related cancellation request after you have submitted your order. c. Fees

12. Comply with local laws

16. Miscellaneous
a. Independent parties
DCEP is an independent contractor and not your agent in the performance of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use shall not be construed as evidence of an association, joint venture, partnership or franchise between the parties.
b. Complete Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior written or oral agreements between the parties.
